May is Mental Health Month

May is Mental Health Month
Mental Health America launched Mental Health Week, which eventually became May is Mental Health Month, in 1949. Each May, Americans recognize Mental Health Month with events and activities in communities across the country, and here in Indiana. The 2014 May is Mental Health Month theme is “Mind Your Health.” By visiting our site, you’ve taken the first step to improving your health – both mental and physical.
